Mr. Phelps' domain expertise encompasses both the operational and technical aspects of supply chain management, which enables him to focus on operational improvements and technology improvements simultaneously. He has experience dealing with a broad range of corporate functions, including purchasing, order management, billing, inventory management, warehouse management, returns and transportation management.

Much of this experience was gained while employed as a management consultant with two Big-5 consulting firms known for their thought leadership in supply chain: Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture), and Ernst & Young Management Consulting (now known as Cap Gemini Ernst & Young). He also served as Vice President of Enterprise Systems for a logistics company that specialized in same-day fulfillment and delivery.

Robert Frinier has more than 30 years of in-depth supply chain management operations and consulting experience. His operations experience includes executive positions in all areas of the supply chain, including, nine years as VP of Logistics and eight years as VP of Purchasing and Information Systems for Nissan North America. Experiences in strategic and tactical management consulting include assisting consumer products / electronics companies and distribution center operations in achieving process and technology improvements.
Haig Bazoian, experienced facilitator of Strategic Planning meetings, guides management through a Team Planning process to integrated strategic, operational and implementation plans. Mr. Bazoian has extensive top management and Strategic Planning Consultant experience.
Haig Bazoian brings a realistic viewpoint to the strategic planning process for developing supply chain strategy. As President of Xerox Computer Services for seven years, he was responsible for initiating, developing and implementing major strategic and tactical plans. Haig joined Xerox Computer Services at its founding and guided it through profitable growth from $20-$90 million. The rapid growth of this technology-based company required close coordination of functional strategies and a constant focus on strategic planning and implementation.
